  • For how much time is a typical shift scheduled?

    We provide shifts from 3 hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The length of time is determined by the client's request.

  • Do you accept long-term care insurance?

    We work with many long-term care insurance plans to meet your needs. While we do not accept insurance directly, we will help you submit for reimbursement of services.

  • What is the charge for the initial assessment?

    There is no charge for the initial assessment performed by one of our Care Navigators. This service that is complimentary to you.

  • Do you have care plans for your clients?

    After the initial assessment each client receives a plan of care based on that assessment. Each caregiver follows the care plan when serving the client.
